Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. You must be resident in mainland UK to enter our free prize draw.
  2. All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  3. Only one entry will be permitted per entrant for each individual prize draw.
  4. Entrants submitting duplicate entries for a single prize draw will be disqualified from winning that prize draw.
  5. While entering a prize draw you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. Please see the Privacy Notice for information about how your answers and registration information may be used.
  6. By entering a Prize Draw we may send you a monthly email newsletter which ONLY lists our latest prize draws/competitions. We will not send you any third party Direct Marketing unless you have subscribed to that separately. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
  7. Winners will be selected at random within 24 hours of the prize draw closing date.
  8. General prize winners will be notified by email that they have won, what prize they have won and how to claim it. However, winners of the Daily Prize Draw will be announced on the www.surf4prizes.com home page and must claim their prize by the published closing time, no other notification will be given by The Original Data Company Ltd to Daily Prize Draw winners.
  9. The Original Data Company Ltd is not responsible for delivery of emails. Entrants should check the website to see if they are a winner.
  10. Prizes must be claimed within 15 days of the prize draw closing date, with the exception of the Daily Prize Draw which must be claimed within the published closing time. After that we will not enter into any further correspondence regarding that prize draw.
  11. We will publish the name and locality of winners. Winners will be deemed to give The Original Data Company Ltd a perpetual irrevocable license to use their name, locality and/or images in future promotions up to 2 years.
  12. All prizes are subject to availability. Should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification may be substituted.
  13. A cash alternative to the stated prize may be offered to the winner if the operator so chooses.
  14. We use a third party to send all prizes and take no responsibility for failure of delivery outside of our control.
  15. Unclaimed prizes will be void.
  16. All images shown are for illustration only.
  17. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when completing the enquiry form and entering this free prize draw.
  18. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in this free prize draw implies acceptance of these rules.
  19. These rules are governed by English law.
